		<description><![CDATA[The Mobile Education project was launched early this year by the GSMA (the trade body for most of the world's mobile phone network operators) with the objective of addressing market barriers and accelerating the adoption of Mobile Education solutions around the world. Key activities include identifying common challenges and developing recommendations to address these, relaying success stories, identifying best practice and promoting the benefits of Mobile Education to a variety of stakeholders.  GSMA are using the term Mobile Education rather than Mobile Learning in order to encompass the use of mobile technologies for education administration and management as well as for teaching and learning.]]></description>
